MetalForming LLC is the North American leader in metal fabricating machinery technology. The company sells and services high quality metal folders, shears, roll formers, press brakes, and automation from the most respected manufacturers across the globe.

Systems Coordinator manages and maintains organization's CRM system, SharePoint and CPQ integration, infrastructure, and data to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable operations by troubleshooting issues, implementing upgrades, maintaining data and providing technical support to users and other departments.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Dynamics 365 configuration, data management, user training
  • CPQ integration data management and maintenance
  • Solid collaboration with the sales department to ensure quoting tool is maintained and provides highest levels of efficiencies to the sales organization and reporting functionality to the executives
  • Support EVP of Operations in reporting out of CRM, CPQ and ERP
  • Support Purchasing Manager in data accuracy in Dynamics 365
  • Collaboration between third-party IT provider and departments in troubleshooting & support of Dynamics 365 and the CPQ integration
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of new product and sales collateral into Dynamics 365 / CPQ
  • Liaising with other departments to meet technological needs and improve efficiencies
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and updates
  • Support implementation of Business Central to replace current ERP system
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a systems administration or coordination role
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms
  • Project management skills
