Schechtl MAB
The Schechtl MAB provides a huge increase in functionality and efficiency. Schechtl folders are the most popular architectural folders in the world. This folder offers very high bending capacity while keeping energy costs low. It comes in two different models 10 feet of 14 gauge and a full 13 feet of 16 gauge. The power and speed of the frequency inverter-controlled machine elements make model MAB a “work horse” among bending machines.

Schechtl Max
The legendary strength of the Schechtl MAX has been improved with redesigned clamping, bottom, and folding beams. The clamping and bottom beams are stiffer for superior hemming and more clearance between the gauge table and the clamping beam. The folding beam, driven by the new electric direct-drive system is more efficient, with faster bending speeds and better bending consistency. Couple this with the newly designed dual servo-drive gauge system for lightning-fast gauging, and you have a machine unrivaled by anything in the industry.

Schechtl UKV Handbrake
The Schechtl UKV is the most versatile handbrake in the world. It’s a specialist for closed special forms and is ideal for single-piece production and small series as well as prototype construction. This machine comes standard with segmented upper, lower and folding beam tooling allowing the operator to make almost any shape imaginable.

Schechtl MSC Shear
Schechtl shears are the leading architectural shears in the industry because they were intelligently designed from decades of sheet metal experience. Schechtl MSC is designed for heavy duty thicker steel and is a motor driven plate shear. Besides allowing the heaviest cutting of up to 11 gauge the MSC also has cutting lengths of more than 14 feet. Our most popular are the 10 foot 11-gauge and 13 foot 12-gauge versions. On the heavier gauge MSC shears there are five front support arms with T-slots, scales and gauge fingers for easy front gauging. All machines include a 40” squaring arm with inlaid scales. Longer squaring arms with T-slots and front gauging stops are also available. The deeper 30” backgauge (compared to 24” of competitors) gives more flexibility. Optional rollout wagon allows for easier unloading and moving of cut sheets. The machine frame is a sturdy welded steel design.

There are three series of Schechtl Shears available, for light, medium and heavier gauge cutting. The SMT designed for 16 gauge, MSB for 14 gauge, and MSC for 11 gauge. All are motor driven plate shears. The deeper 30” backgauge (compared to 24” of competitors) gives more flexibility. Optional rollout wagon allows for easier unloading and moving of cut sheets. This shear will increase productivity with the 36” telescoping front sheet supports making it easy for one operator to handle even 5’ by 10’ sheets. The machine frame is a sturdy welded steel design.
