MFI Warranty Return Policy
MFI guarantees new parts to be in working condition and are warranted for one full year. Repaired parts will be warranted for 90 days. If the part is found defective within one year (90 days for repaired parts) of the invoice date, return part for a free replacement or repair of the item. If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us at parts@metalforming-usa.com or call 770-631-0002 for a Returns Authorization Number (RMA). You must have an RMA number prior to returning the item(s). We will repair or replace your item at our choice. Any warranty claim must be filed prior to the end of the warranty period. RMA returns must be received within 30 days of RMA issue date to receive full credit. Late returns will be charged shipping cost.

Non Warranty Return Policy
All returns must be assigned a Returns Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us at 770-631-0002 or email at parts@metalforming-usa.com. All non-warranty returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. MFI will determine if an exception is warranted. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Items returned after 30 days of invoice date may not be accepted at the discretion of MFI.
**Special Orders are not accepted for return**
Shipping
RMA number and/or paperwork must be on the outside of the shipping box. Shipper is responsible for the proper packaging of the item(s). Full credit for items damaged due to improper packaging may not be given. Items returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned.
If a returned it
em arrives damaged or damage is suspected and it is determined that the item(s) were packed improperly, carrier not at fault, a $50 per hour assessment fee will be charged to determine condition.
Orders received prior to 2:00 PM EST and not requiring special packaging will ship same day.
Orders exceeding 150lbs and/or requiring freight shipping will require 2 to 3 days to arrange transportation.
Most items can be picked-up at our Peachtree City, Georgia location. 6% Fayette County sales tax will be charged unless a Resellers Exemption Certificate is provided at the time of the sale.
Metalforming, Inc. will ship anywhere in the U.S., its territories and Canada. Please check with us for shipping availability to other locations.
MetalForming Inc. will cover ground shipping of warranted parts and return of warranted parts. Additional charges for expedited shipping will be at the customer’s sole expense.
If an item arrives damaged or missing please save all packaging for the carrier to inspect. Inform Metal Forming Inc immediately at 770-631-0002 or by email at parts@metalforming-usa.com. Once the carrier has completed their inspection an RMA number will be issued for the return of the damaged items.
