The Sen Fung T-Bar Machine is not one machine but three: a Main T-Bar Machine; a Cross T-Bar Machine; and an Angle Rollformer. The Main T forming machine uses 20HP inverter motors, producing a line speed of 130 feet per minute. The machine utilizes hydraulic notching, punching (up to 16 stations) and cutting, and it is capable of achieving extreme accuracies without secondary trimming. The Cross T forming machine uses a 10HP inverter motor to reach a line speed of 130 feet per minute with flying shearing.
