Sen Fung holds patents in more than 30 countries around the world for this hybrid rollforming and folding machine. It produces a profile that has an adjustable depth and an adjustable reveal that gives panels the true appearance of clay tiles. This patented machine can produce through fastened panels in steel. It is capable of forming two different roof tiles with the same tooling, creating a perfect, scrape-free finish. The machine design allows for the production of traditional tile panels and fastened tile panels. The step width and depth can be varied via the touch screen control.
