Schlebach Quadro-Plus

The Schlebach Quadro-Plus is the hottest machine in the architectural sheet metal industry because it makes more profiles (soffit, nail strip, snap seam, mechanical lock) than any other product, with compressed changeover times of 30 seconds to 10 minutes. It’s the only roof panel machine that creates panels for all applications from industrial to light commercial to residential.

You’ll be amazed at the simplicity of the Quadro-Plus cassette system. For example, on one side of a cassette you can have nail strip and on the other side snap seam. To make a change, pull three levers, run the cassette over and bang – you’re making a new panel in less than 30 seconds. (Some cassettes have only 1 profile: 1 3/4” snap and 2” mech. soffit.)

Quadro FLX

Quadro FLX is a new portable machine that duplicates the smooth finish of much larger machines. It has 14 roll stations, which allow customers to manufacture parts on site that are equal in quality to parts produced in the plant. If you’ve got a panel that you’d like to make because of testing and sales needs, the Quadro FLX can be customized to make most panels. Options including ribbing, Hot Melt, striation and generators.

 

SPM 30/80

For high performance under the most demanding on-site conditions, the Schlebach SPM 30/80 1” Mechanical Lock Rollformer is your economical profiling workhorse. You can rollform tapered standing seam in two passes, and produce double-female or double-male flanges in two passes.

 

Mini-Prof Plus

The Schlebach Mini-Prof Plus is the least expensive complete machine in metal roofing. It’s perfect for making 1” mechanical lock on site or in-house. Mini-Prof Plus combines all the positive features of the Mini-Prof – rapid panel production, tapered panels, double-male panels – and comes with even more, such as a decoiler, slitter and manual rotary shear. It also has programmable length control.
