UKV

LBX

The Schechtl LBX hand brake has a capacity of 24 ga. mild steel. It features a strong welded base and can have wheels added for mobility. Its folding beam can be adjusted for crowning, and it allows for easy adjustment for material thicknesses. Optional equipment includes a rolling shear with a 24 ga.-capacity, a manual backgauge and a rolling rod with wrench.

HA

The Schechtl HA hand brake has a capacity of 16 ga. mild steel, and features solid cast side frames, ability to exchange different insert rails and profiles with all three beams, and a folding and upper beam that can be adjusted for material thickness. Optional equipment includes a 22 ga.-capacity roller shear, a foot pedal that enables clamping and opening of the upper beam without using side arms, a backgauge, and a box and pan tooling system.

HBM

The Schechtl HBM hand brake has a capacity of 20 ga. mild steel. It features a center foot pedal that enables clamping and opening of the upper beam without using side arms, and a folding beam that can be adjusted up and down for material thickness. Optional equipment includes a 22 ga.-capacity roller shear, a backgauge, a box and pan tooling system, and a rolling unit.

RWE

The Schechtl RWE Half Round Gutter rolls half-round, European-style copper and zinc gutter in lengths up to 10’. A hand-operated device, the RWE features an efficient design that rolls the gutter and also the ferrel bead.
