  1. We provide a customer kit that includes all of the necessary hardware and software and our tech support team guides you through the easy installation process.
  2. All you need is a computer and a high-speed internet connection and you’re ready to link to a host of MetalForming services.

MFI DirectLink's services minimize time spent on everything from installation to diagnostics to repair.

InstallLink: High resolution video system that enables us to easily install your machine from our office for a cheaper flat rate cost, as there are no travel expenses.

DiagnosticLink: Applied expertise to troubleshoot and isolate your problem, quickly and easily - just as if we are there in your work place.

RepairLink: Offers a wide range of parts to fix the problem at hand and helps you install and continue to work with you to get your machine up and running at full capacity.

TrainingLink: Our Certified Service Engineers install your new machine remotely through live video and WEBEX presentations. Also, re-training of existing or new operators or maintenance personnel can now be accomplished without travel costs.

PMLink: Offers preventative maintenance options for different brands of machines and takes you through the steps to keep your machine running continuously.

Parts Discount: A 10% discount on parts, excluding Frequency Invertors and Controllers which are 5%. This does not include tools or accessories. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount offers.

Guaranteed Call Back (or your charge is free): by 5 p.m. Eastern time, if call is received before 2 p.m. (Eastern time), and by 10 a.m. (Eastern time) the next working day if call is received after 2 p.m.

Guaranteed Problem Fix: If it should become necessary to dispatch a Field Service Engineer to repair your machine on-site, we will roll any Link services fees into the Field Service Engineer fee.

DemoLink: Allows you to view new product’s from your office as they become available and discuss them with MFI technicians. This service is free.
