What if there was a way to seamlessly integrate all
facets of metal roof design and fabrication?

CIRM

Welcome to the world of CIRM.

CIRM is a revolutionary new computerized roof manufacturing process, in which each step of the way provides the exact data needed to produce flawless precise panels for final installation. Here’s how it works:

DRAW IT.

The roofing contractor enters the building plans into Top View™ 3-D software program, producing the as drawn measurements from which the job estimate is created.

ESTIMATE IT.

The TopView software takes the building plan measurements and automatically creates an estimate for the job, while providing the data for all further refinement of dimensions.

SURVEY IT.

After the job is awarded, precision as-built survey measurements are made by a non-contact laser measuring system. This pointcloud of the roof is used to change the as-drawn to as-built dimensions in TopView’s 3-D format.

LOAD IT.

All roof panel data is loaded directly into the touch screen controller via USB stick, eliminating the time required to manually enter panel lengths, and minimizing the possibility of data entry errors. Panel dimensions can be edited in real-time on-site if necessary.

FORM IT.

The CINCO parallel notches the eaves fold and angle notches and cuts the panels for hips and valleys and they’re ready for final roof installation. No more hand-cutting of flanges and notches, it’s all machine diecut for better part quality and appearance by a single operator.

INSTALL IT.

The Quadro CINCO is truly the first portable inline notching and angle cutting system in the industry and the first ever to be integrated with roof design software. And it can bring labor savings of as much as 30% on a cut up architectural roof.
